Humidity and Temperature
The German company FISCHER Mess- und Regeltechnik GmbH offers system solutions based on the measurement and control of physical quantities such as pressure, differential pressure, flow, level and temperature. Depending on the requirements, the systems are supplemented with other measurement technologies. In this way, the company provides a system architecture that meets the specific requirements for the realisation of trouble-free and cost-effective production processes. With FISCHER measurement and control technology, the user can optimise production processes and reduce production costs.
The device FT61 is suitable for humidity and temperature measurement with non-aggressive gaseous media. The use of the device for aggressive media must be discussed with the manufacturer, as media-compatible materials must be used for the sensor design. Areas of application are humidity and temperature measurement. The measuring device consists of a sensor and a display unit. The data measured at the sensor is transmitted to the display unit via I²C bus. There, the data is converted into two analogue output signals by the microprocessor-controlled electronics. The standard signals 0/4...20 mA and 0...10V are available for the analogue outputs. Two additional switching outputs are optionally available. Manufactured part numbers open, use the search ctrl + F

The FT80 is suitable for the measurement of humidity and temperature in non-condensing air. The temperature and humidity measurement is based on a sensor chip with a digital I2C bus interface. The analogue measurement data is digitally converted and linearised. The transmitted data is evaluated by the integrated electronics and then output via an optional display, analogue outputs or via the optional Modbus output. The FT90 is suitable for the measurement of humidity and temperature in neut-ral gaseous media. Optionally, the device can be used to measure the pressure, negative pressure, or differential pressure of neutral gaseous media. Note the specifications in the technical data with regard to media compatibility. Devices with the order code FT90#######0#000R1## are classified as electrical equipment for use in potentially explosive areas zone 2 (gases and vapours) and/or zone 22 (dusts). The expansion thermometer TA serves as indicator, monitor, and controller. It is used in all industries where temperature shall be registered. The instrument’s temperature detection part is filled with nitrogen. Temperature changes at the end of the probe stem cause pressure changes in the filled system. An integrated coil spring converts this pressure change to a tension which is intensified by a motion work and transferred to the 270° scale. Manufactured part numbers open, use the search ctrl + F

The digital thermometer TE01 is characterised by accuracy, reliability and mechanical resilience. It can be used almost anywhere as an on-site display with remote signal transmission. Various measuring ranges are possible within the limits of -50 to +300°C. The thermometers in this series are suitable for a wide range of measuring tasks in the fields of: Process engineering, process technology, environmental technology, mechanical and plant engineering. The high resistance of the stainless steel (1.4571) enables use in almost all aggressive media. A Pt100 sensor is used as the temperature sensor. The resistance value of the Pt100 sensor changes depending on the temperature. Pt100 sensor is converted and displayed by the built-in electronics. A standardised electrical signal 0...10 VDC, 0...20 mA or 4...20 mA in three-wire technology is available for remote transmission. Manufactured part numbers open, use the search ctrl + F

The TE41 is the latest generation 4-20 mA output digital head transmitter for temperature measurement of fluids and gases. It accepts an input signal from thermocouples (TC), resistance thermometers (RTD), resistance transmitters and voltage transmitters. It is easily installed in any industry-standard terminal head (form B, BUS, BUSH, S79, BBK). The TE41 is programmed for a particular application with the help of a programming kit and a PC. This can be done either before installation (off-line) or after installation (on-line). It can also be factory programmed, prior to delivery, per user requirements. The configuration settings are stored in the transmitter’s non-volatile memory (EEPROM). The TZ41 Programming Kit consists of a PC software package, a communication adaptor unit, and a PC connection cable. The communication adaptor electrically isolates the transmitter from the PC. Bi-directional data communication allows the TE41’s configuration details and tag number to be called from the PC, using the programming kit. Manufactured part numbers open, use the search ctrl + F

The TS61 temperature switches are used for monitoring and controlling out-of-limit temperature conditions in heating and cooling systems, in pipes, process vessels, and storage vessels. They are particularly suitable for monitoring, control, and protection of compressors, motors, pumps, hydraulic power systems, plastics processing machines, etc. The TS61 has a stainless steel casing, and is vibration proof. When the process temperature exceeds the set-point value, the switch contacts open to break the electrical load circuit. The switch contacts close automatically when the temperature drops below set point. Manufactured part numbers open, use the search ctrl + F

Thermocouples TT30, TT31, TT32, TT35, TT36 are suited for direct temperature measurement of gaseous and liquid media. The applications of the measuring inserts are not limited to the specified thermocouples. They are adapted to the given request with regard to temperature, length, bending property, vibration resistance and accuracy. In addition to our stanard models we provide a lot of special types for special applications. A thermocouple consists of two electric conductors that are made from different materials and are connected to each other at on end (measuring point). The thermoelectric potential developing at the reference junction depends on the materials of the thermo wires and the difference between the temperature at the measuring point and the reference junction. The temperature at the reference junction is to be kept at a constant level. If this is not possible the thermo wires can be extended by a compensating line. Compensating cables transfer the thermoelectric potential of the related thermocouples up to 200°C without any loss. Manufactured part numbers open, use the search ctrl + F

TT40, TT45, TT50, TT55, TT56 The material of thermocouple is chosen depending on supposed range of working temperatures, required sensitivity, available secondary equipment, etc. The thermocouples of chromel-alumel, copper-constantan, etc. are most widely used. The process to make a thermocouple is to create a firm joint welding. Manufactured part numbers open, use the search ctrl + F
