Flow switch for liquids vane type with an electric reed switch controlled by a moving magnet. The instrument is factory calibrated for horizontal flow. However, the unit has a spring-loaded vane that allows it to be mounted in any spatial position, including vertical. In this case, on-site calibration may be necessary to compensate for the weight of the paddle. SPKR flow monitors operate on the principle of the paddle flow monitors. It is designed for installation in pipe systems. The spring-loaded paddle inside the device is moved by the medium flowing through it. A Reed-contact is actuated by means of a magnet. External measuring devices can be connected at the socket.
