Differential pressure measurement and control
The German company FISCHER Mess- und Regeltechnik GmbH offers system solutions based on the measurement and control of physical quantities such as pressure, differential pressure, flow, level and temperature. Depending on the requirements, the systems are supplemented with other measurement technologies. In this way, the company provides a system architecture that meets the specific requirements for the realisation of trouble-free and cost-effective production processes. With FISCHER measurement and control technology, the user can optimise production processes and reduce production costs.

The DA08 serves to measure differential pressures in gaseous, non-aggressive, dry, oil and grease-free media. The unit can be used to monitor small and minute differential pressures on roller tape filters, fans, venturi nozzles etc. A capsule measuring unit is installed in a pressure-resistant casing is fitted. The higher pressure (+) acts on the inside of the capsule, the lower pressure (-) is exerted into the pressure-resistant casing. The differential pressure created between the inside and outside of the measuring element changes the shape of the capsule. Manufactured part numbers open, use the search ctrl + F

Differential pressure gauge DA09 is for the typical applications designed: chemical, petrochemical industry, process technology, marine and offshore technology, power plant technology, mechanical and plant engineering. The measuring system comprises a diaphragm and two separate pressure chambers. Differential pressure between the chambers causes axial movement of the diaphragms. A tie rod transfers this movement to an indicator. The seal between the pressure chamber and tie rod is realised with metal bellows. To compensate the static operating pressure, the measuring system is symmetrical. In the case of devices with additional electronic equipment, the connection is realised using a cable socket attached to the side. Pressure levels PN10 / PN25. The differential pressure manometer DA10 serves to measure and display differential pressures in gaseous, fluid and aggressive media. The unit is completely made of CrNi-steel and is suitable for use in aggressive environments. The measuring system differs because it uses CrNi steel and/or Hastelloy. The differential pressure that is to be measured acts on the separating dia-phragms and is transferred hydraulicaly onto the measuring diaphragm. Whenthe pressure is equalised, this is in its idle state. In case of pressure difference, the force acting on the measuring membrane causes it to be moved towards theside of the lower pressure. The deflection is transferred to the display mechan-ism as a rotary movement via a toriosn tube. If the measuring system is loaded above the measuring range, the separatingdiaphragms are supported on parts of the system casing with the same con-tours. In this way, the measuring system is protected against overload. Manufactured part numbers open, use the search ctrl + F

The DA12 is a display unit for differential pressure, over-pressure and underpressure for gas-like and fluid media. This series is ideally suited for various measuring tasks in rough environments. Typical applications are measuring differential pressure between the supply and return in heating systems and monitoring filters and pumps. Areas of application are heating, air conditioning and ventilation engineering, water/waste water industry, mechanical and plant engineering. Manufactured part numbers open, use the search ctrl + F

Differential Pressure Gauge DA30 measures and indicates pressure and differential pressure. It is suitable to work with gaseous and liquid media not affecting the materials used. Electrical and electronic accessory components (KE...) enable limiting of signal and transmitting of measurement. Fields of Application are water treatment, level measurement, filter technics, flow measurement. The DA30 is based on a rugged and uncomplicated diaphragm movement, suitable for pressure and differential pressure measurements. In a state of equilibrium, forces of springs on both sides of the diaphragm are balanced. The pressure or differential pressure to be measured creates an unbalanced force of springs for the measuring range until a new equilibrium is reached. When subjected to excessive pressure, the diaphragm rests on metal supporting plates. A centre-mounted torque rod transfers motion of the diaphragm system by an eccentric tilted axle through a torsional socket outwards. The axle rotation is transmitted to the dial by a lever.
