Measuring pH Redox and Data Processors
The company BAMO is a European manufacturer of sensors and instruments for monitoring and analysing liquids. Analysis and measurement of liquids, pH, chlorine content, conductivity, water hardness, turbidity and dissolved oxygen. Monitoring and measurement of level, flow, pressure and temperature. Motorised and automatic valves. Our qualifications and experience mainly lie in the fields of hydraulics, mechanics, electronics and injection moulding. Production and product development are carried out in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and the company is DIN EN ISO 9001 and ATEX certified, complying with all applicable directives and European standards. Tests are carried out both in our own test chambers and at third-party certification centres.
BAMOPHAR 107 displays on a color touch-sensitive screen a multilingual friendly using menu. The reading is easy for measurement, temperature and relay status. It displays a menu with all parameters for configuration of analogue outputs, thresholds and regulation mode. For a safe start-up a test menu allow a simulation of regulation actuating all outputs and PID, relay outputs. Analogue output reflects the measurement and may be scaled all along the range. Temperature analogue output is available as well as a 4-20 mA signal. BAMOPHAR 107 offers high flexibility on use through configurations of parameters for regulation, thresholds, temperature compensation and alarms. The device BMG 72 integrates an electronic module CUB-233 that monitors a galvanometric analogue display for level or volume on the front case. Scales are in % or litres from 0 to 50 l and up to 120 000 l. Relays outputs are adjustable all along the measuring scale (thresholds, hysteresis and timer). There are 5 available cable glands. Analogue output will be in conformity to your request: current or voltage. Relay outputs will be setup (default) for thresholds, hysteresis and timer (all adjustable on site). NANODAC Recorder / Regulator offers the ultimate in recording (high accuracy & secured recording, high resolution LCD) in a ¼ casing. Standard supply includes: 4 free potential inputs, 4 analogue inputs and 14 calculation channels. The 10/100Mb Ethernet port monitors Modbus TCP Slave and FTP Client Server protocols. Its USB port allows local data recovery on USB memory stick. The exploitation of acquired data is done via the software Review. The device is fully programmable via the front panel, or graphically via the iTools software. |
The instrument BAMOWIZ has a colour touch-sensitive screen to navigate through an intuitive and multilingual menu. BAMOWIZ converts analogue input signals (4-20 mA) and delivers clear information on its large digital and graphic (Bar Graph) display for an easy reading of measurements and thresholds status. Settings are keyword protected.
The BAMOWIZ DOZ consists of two elements: a programmable monitor and a control unit. The monitor has a graphic color touch screen which facilitates parameter settings. Through a programmable factor, the input frequency is converted in a readable value such as litre, m³ etc.

The versatile and programmable display units are convenient for local control of process where ambient conditions are severe and humid. The versatile and programmable displays are convenient for local control of process where ambient conditions are severe and humid. |
The lid has a cutout suitable for a 48x96 mm indicator panel mounting. 5 cable glands will insure a protection IP 55. For assembly, the lid is removed, the indicator is secured on it and wiring can be done easily. We can supply complete assembly with indicator and all parameters set.

The MultiCONT is a universal interface between various level transmitters using HART or Modbus protocol and the other elements of the process control system such as the PC or PLC. Up to 15 connected transmitters. MultiCONT can communicate with up to 15 transmitters (2- or 4-wire) with HART protocol, but, with only 6 radar transmitters PiloTREK (maximum). The unit can perform various operations such as remote settings, loading the programming of a unit or downloading measured values. The graphic screen facilitates access to a wide variety of functions such as to display the contents of a tank or status of compatible ultrasonic transmitters. MultiCONT offers numerous configuration possibilities, obtained by adding and combining scalable modules: up to 2 analog outputs and / or from 1 to 5 relays. The option RS485 interface allows to connect several MultiCONT together to increase the number of transmitters in use.

The two-channel measuring amplifier EVEREST 214S is a processor-controlled display device for DIN rail mounting. Control device for standardized 4-20mA transmitters in industrial applications. It has a built-in timer; It supplies 2-wire sensors with 24 V DC voltage. It allows a simple conversion of analog signals to limit values remote controls. Free scalable inputs and relays allows a wide domain of application. |
Converter 233 is a great solution for any applications to convert or monitor output signals from sensors. Both analogue outputs may be set up as mA or mV signals and both relay outputs may be set up all along the scale (thresholds, hysteresis and delay). For most of all use on signal conversion: |
All Reed contacts suffer of inductive or capacitive charge due to starting pumps or motors, leading to early aging and malfunction. A solution is to protect Reed contacts with a relay amplifier, to insure greater switching power and lifetime. ES 2001 amplifies commutation signals on low current and low voltage detection loops, e.g. by use of Reed contacts. Mounting: on DIN rail for easy integration in industrial cabinets. On the front a LED displays the output relay status. This relay ES 2001 is also perfect for liquid detection or liquid level regulation (documentation 530-01). Each relay allows a regulation between two trigger points. For instance to fill in or emptying a tank by automation of a pump (or a valve). Each relay has 2 outputs change over contacts, potential free to allow driving for example, a power loop or an automate. |
The BAMOTOP receives a frequency input signal that it processes numerically to convert it into an analogue voltage or current signal. To convert a frequency signal into an analogue signal (Inputs signals from dry contacts, CMOS and TTL circuits, magnetic sensors, PNP/NPN sensors). Two analogue outputs can be assigned in mA or mV. Two relay outputs can be set over the entire input scale (value, hysteresis and time delay).

The concept of BIF 6040 is a display without menu; This provides direct and simplified access to parameters setting. The intuitive configuration allows an easy programming for decimal point position, alarms setting, analogue output calibration and linearization functions. BIF 6040 accepts input signal from a BAMOFLU (up to 30 kHz) and counters M series. Scaling is assumed, entering a scale factor, to display total volume in the desired unit (m³; l; else), or instant flow rate in volume per hour, minute or second. Display switches from total volume to flow rate through a single push button. A scan rate setting allows damping of transient phenomena in order to obtain a stable display. The microprocessor allows the end-user to modify the range and the calibration frequency directly from the front plate. The saved settings are protected by a locking-switch on the rear panel of the device.

BAMOBIF 282 converts the pulse signal from flow sensors to display instant flow-rate and totalization. It is usefull for flow control applications through its outputs: 2 relays and 1 analogue signal 4-20 mA (image of the flow-rate).
