NIVOSWITCH is used for level detection, overfill protection, leak detection or dry run protection of pumps. It is suitable for most liquids such as lime milk, solvents, oil, wine, etc. These detectors apply the principle of the tuning fork vibrating at a predetermined resonance under piezoelectric excitation. When in contact with the product, the frequency varies and causes the output relay to switch. This simple and robust measurement system NIVOSWITCH, operates independently of the chemical and physical properties of the liquid. It works in difficult operating conditions as it is not affected by conductivity, clogging, turbulences, flows and air bubbles. The sensor does not require any adjustment even with the change of liquid, or maintenance; It is supplied with one or two contact outputs.

NIVASWITCH is a liquid level detector. It is mainly used for overfill protection, leak detection or dry run protection of pumps. NIVASWITCH is easy to use and can detect most liquids. It works independently of electric conductivity, clogging, turbulences, flow-rate and air bubbles. The trigger point depends of the immersion depth. Robust and compact, NIVASWITCH may be mounted vertically or horizontally. Easy to install, it does not require maintenance. Status of output is indicated by a bi-color (LED) and a function test is performed with a magnet. The alternative current output or digital output (NPN or PNP) can be connected to a PLC. As an option, the relays PKK (data-sheet 251-02) or LC1, allow to convert the output as a potential free contact signal.

BAMOSWITCH is a limit switch for use in containers and collection pans for electrically conductive liquids. The device is suitable for use with electrically conductive liquid whose impedance is up to 5 kOhm or whose coupling capacitance to earth is more as 50 pF. The liquids must not form insulating or conductive deposits. BAMOSWITCH has two operating modes: MAX: the output contact remains closed as long as the sensor tip is free and MIN: the output contact remains closed as long as the sensor tip is touched by the liquid.

Magnetic float level switches are used for level detection of liquids in all types of tanks. They are perfectly suitable for use in condensate tanks, base tanks, storage tanks or to provide an alarm for low levels of lubricating oils or fuels. The NIVOMAG is a compact stainless steel switch. Detection: A non-contact coupling system is realised by the permanent magnet of the float placed in the tank that can activate the microswitch situated in the housing mounted on the outside. Therefore, the unit does not require external power.

The alarm unit NivOil-CU (BVS 07 ATEX E 090) monitors levels in oil/water separators, up to three detection probes.

Autonomous alarm unit for monitoring oil-water separators according to EN 858. A BBS system includes alarm unit NivOil CU/12 and a Solar panel to charge a battery, protected against excessive discharge or overload. NivOil is powered hourly, for 3 minutes, to check for a fault and alarm condition. In case of occuring an alarm, signal is emitted or through a flashing light or through a GSM module. The working time without sunlight is about 12 days at any period of the year for a reliable monitoring even without sun shining days (referring to Greenwich latitude).

Level monitoring of hydrocarbon liquids in oil-water separators. RAC 531 signals the status of complete system with 3 LEDs. An audible alarm is integrated into the unit. The buzzer can be disabled by the user. The alarm unit has an auto-diagnostic of the probe, detection loop and of its own integrity. For monitoring the grease layer thickness in separators according to EN 1825-1, EN 1825-2 and 4040-100. GAD 531 and probe GP/10 are designed for monitoring grease-water separators. The probe GP/10 detects when the thickness of floating grease is overpassed.The GAD 531 signals the status of the system with 3 LEDs: Normal operating - Current alarm - Alarm occured; Still not reset. The alarm device has an auto-diagnostic of the probe, detection loop and of device integrity. An audible alarm is built-in the unit. The buzzer may be disabled through a jumper if necessary. Components of one system are Alarm unit GAD 531 and Detection probe GP/10 (cable output, 10 m long). Caution: Not suitable for greases in emulsion neither semi-solid / solid aggregates. 531960 and 531980.

Level control Min. or Max. of highly resistive conductive liquids: Demineralized water (5 to 20 MOhm), Glycerine (1 MOhm), etc. The RXM detects the difference of resistance between the detection electrode and the reference electrode when the liquid comes into contact. The reference can be the wall of the metal container or a second electrode. To carry out this detection, a DC voltage of 12V is applied between the electrode and the reference. The value of the resistor to detect varies according the liquid and distances to cover between the electrode and the reference. 533100.

The MAXIMAT VK C are level limit switches which are used for containers of water-polluting liquids to prevent an overfilling; When liquid lift up, the integrated electronics reacts to the float rising and its permanently output signal is interrupted; By interrupting the signal once the permissible limit of filling is exceeded, the associated system control may interrupt the filling process and acoustically and visually trigger an alarm.

The MAXITOP monitors the overfilling of a tank with electrically conductive, non-flammable liquids, even highly aggressive liquids. Example : Storage tanks for caustic soda (NaOH), hydrochloric acid (HCl), etc. The detector MAXITOP is designed to prevent overfilling of tanks. It detects conductive liquids (acids, alkalis) with a reactance below 5 kOhm and a coupling capacitance towards ground of more than 50 pF. Direct reading of level in opaque and closed tanks, metal or plastic vessels. The MAGTOP instantly indicates the level of liquid contained in a tank, via a two-color magnetic ruler, flaps pivoting to the passage of the float in the measuring tube. According to mechanical strength and chemical compatibility, MAGTOP is well adapted to work with liquids such as hot water, oils, alkali and acids. Instrument is installed on the tank by lateral or axial fittings. When the distance between fittings is large, we integrate brackets on the measuring tube to afford the weight; they have to be fixed on corresponding tank brackets. Reading and control of liquid level in a tank; With level switches: Pump and solenoid valves automation, remote alarm signals. The GNR6 consists of a transparent PVC tube for direct viewing of the stored liquid level. Standard supply includes the stop valves to allow the disassembly of the measuring tube for cleaning maintenance. The measuring tube is in transparent PVC, O.D. 63 mm, which guides the magnetic float. On the bottom the PVC drain plug (union fitting) allows an easy introduction of the float into the measuring tube.
